Packages: Based on your assessment and your goals, we offer individually tailored packages. We offer one to one and group exercise classes, advice on nutrition, hydration and mental health and wellbeing support.
At Happtiness we believe that everyone should be able to access a service to improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing, therefore, we do not want you to feel like you cannot benefit from these evidence based services, due to financial difficulties. Concessions are available for students, pensioners and people on certain benefits, please get in touch to discuss further.

Nutrition;

Eating the right amount of calories to help you look and feel better.

Eating the right foods – some people need more vegetables, others need more cheese and milk, we work together with you to understand your needs and motivate you to eat more of the right kind of foods for YOU.

Hydration;
Sometimes, all you need for a healthier body and mindset…is water. But how much water is enough? We assess your needs and motivate you to drink enough water to achieve your goals. How much water you need depends on your height, weight and activity levels throughout the day, but don`t worry, we work all of this out for you, so all you need to do…is drink.
