Happtiness – The Psychology of Exercise.  If you`re looking for a magic pill to transforming your body and mindset… for weight loss, building muscle, strength and toning; having a healthy, supple body and mindset…. Happtiness could be the closest thing to it. 

Shape your body and mindset, through the Psychology of learning; modelling behaviour, conditioning stimulus with response, transform your body and mindset through association and reward systems, which draw upon knowledge from the behaviourist approach of Psychology.  Come to Happtiness and let us together break old habits and teach you new skills.  As Watson said “Give me a child and I`ll shape them into anything”, similarly, come to Happtiness and we can help you, based on the theory of learning, to achieve YOUR unique health and fitness goals.

At Happtiness, we put YOU at the centre of everything we do.  Everyone knows what to do to change their body and mindset, but at Happtiness we help you apply your knowledge to your individual situation, we aim to help you to overcome your struggles, to shape your body and mindset to as close to the way you want it (realistically, you will not get your fantasy body or mindset over night; but with the right attitude, intention, perseverance and guidance, it is a possibility and Happtiness can help you bridge the gap, to do what you need to do to achieve YOUR goals).

Theory of planned behaviour

Is a psychological theory that predicts health related behaviour, it links beliefs to behaviour. The theory states that three core components - attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, together shape an individual's behavioral intentions.  The theory of planned behaviour states that behavioral intention is the most important determinant of human social behaviour, which includes exercise.  If you have the intention to perform exercise, Happtiness can help you put that intention into practise, contact us and let us together with you...make your health fitness dreams come true.
