At Happtiness - The Psychology of Exercise Ltd, we put you at the centre of everything we do.  Everyone knows what to do to change their body and mindset, but we help you apply your knowledge to your individual situation.  We aim to help you to overcome your struggles, to shape your body and mindset to as close to the way you want it (realistically, you will not get your fantasy body or mindset over night; but with the right attitude, intention, perseverance and guidance, it is a possibility and we can help you bridge the gap, to do what you need to do to achieve your individual goals).

Staff: Our staff are qualified and experienced Personal Trainers, Nutritionists and Mental Health Practitioners. Very approachable, non-judgemental and warm natured, so you`re in good hands.
